As sophisticated and graceful as it looks, the cat eye liner has a reputation of being difficult, tricky and messy but with this unique application method consisting of 3 essential tools and a few dots your days of dreaming about the purrfect cat eye liner have just become real.
It’s a really easy method and don’t forget, you don’t just have to use black eyeliner you can add some color as well.
So Let’s Get Started…..
Felt Tip Eye Liner Pen
Liquid Eye Liner
Using the felt eyeliner place a series of dots along your lash line. First dot to be placed next to the tear duct, second in line with the inner edge of the iris, next dot at the center of the pupil, fourth dot at the outer edge of the iris, fifth dot where the white of your eye ends. The last two dots you make, you want to raise them a little. Place the sixth dot in the crease of your eyelid and the last dot, which will be the flick, in line with the tail of your brow.
Place your felt pen on the first dot and draw a line that connects each of the dots. The first line should be slightly curved. You may find it easier if you tilt your head. The dots following this should be quite simple to do as they are in line with each other. After the fourth line you will have to take it upwards, like a sharp bend in the road and continue to the final dot.
To complete the shape you need to draw a line angling up from your lower lash line up towards the end of your brow so that it joins the line above.
