Cut Your Makeup Routine In Half By Using An Eyeshadow Stick To Create 3 Distinctive Effects.
Cream Eyeshadow Sticks are a time saving addition to any makeup bag. They changed the beauty game, simplifying the application process and decreasing the amount of products we have to carry in our purses for touch ups. So it made sense to show you how to get even more from this makeup kit favourite by creating 3 effects with a cream eyeshadow stick.
These Sticks Have Tricks……….
1.To Create an eye popping Ombre Eye Look start by applying a dark colour along the lash line. Using a flat eyeshadow brush to apply and blend taking the color across the whole of the lid.
To accentuate the eye use a thinner brush to apply eyeshadow to the lower lash line giving it a smoky effect.
To finish off this look apply a lighter color to the centre of the lid and up to the brow bone. Applying it to the corner of the eye really opens up the eye. Add a few more layers of the darker color to the lash line.
2.To Create a Graphic Eyeliner start by drawing a thick line at the outer corner of the lash line. Create a block of color by lifting the color from the outer corners.
Complete the line by using the brush to stamp the color into the lash line. To intensify the look add some translucent powder and another layer of the dark cream eyeliner.
The last effect is using a cream eyeliner as a highlighter. It gives a really natural glowy look to the face. It’s also a really good idea to apply it to the underneath area of the brow bone and the inner corner of the eye. It helps to make the eyes larger and make you look wide awake. Apply the shadow stick down the bridge of the nose. It helps to reflect the light from that area giving it a really beautiful look. Other areas to target with the highlighting are above the eyebrow, chin and the cupids bow. This bold look really helps to make the eyes pop and to help frame the face.
The cream eyeliner stick should become your new best friend but just in case you need convincing or just need to see these chic and easy effects done for yourself there is a video tutorial below.
